Scott,

>From the sound of it, I'm pointing my finger at udp_timer or
the garbage collector/conn_cleaner.  I would doubt that the
fixup code itself would be responsible for marking the connection
to be deleted.  I would assume that responsibility would be
given to the udp_timer -> GC removes it.

Let me know what the TAC tells you, this is an interesting
case ;)
