Hey Gang,
I am new to this list.
I am looking for help with traffic shaping on a Cisco 2611xm.
Basically this is our mail router and we send all traffic to a Cisco
2900 smart switch.
We want to limit one box to 1/2 of the total bandwidth (1mb)
i have looked into policy routing and the like, but the thing i cant
figure out is if i can limit by ethernet address. on the 2611.
I havent looked into doing the filtering on the 2900. (I am not sure if
it is that smart.)
anyone have any ideas or pointers?
Thanks in advance,
