Does anyone have realistic numbers for average power consumption on a
7507 box loaded with RSP4/VIP2-50s and on a 7206/NPE-G1 and loaded with
PAs ?

Cisco's web site lists incomplete and sometimes conflicting information.
>From what I can gather, the 7206 uses a max of 7.7A at 48V, no let's make
that 13A max and 7.7A typical....Ok....And the 7507...Oh, it isn't
documented :) But the 7505 is typical 650W output and max 700W...No
idea what the DC input would be....

Does anyone have an idea what these numbers are in real life?

While I'm at it...I have a Stratacom BPX-15...a.k.a Cisco BPX 8600
I think.... There is a 40A breaker in each DC power supply. Ouch...
Does anyone know what one of these beasts or the newer 8620/86xx take
in AC or DC power, realistically ?
