[nsp] NPE-G1 Processor

Most likely it will remain that way until the 7200 business unit decides
to go ahead and do a nice marketing action related to the multiprocessor
capabilites. I know that some code for using both CPUs has been built
and played with in the IOS engineering team(s) but it's miles from
reaching and S train for now..
