[nsp] NPE-G1 Processor

If anyone manages to get the G1 to do 1Mpps (without frame loss) on either a
7204 or 7246 then please let me know how.

I suspect that Cisco's 1Mpps estimation might be hardware based and does not
consider the IOS handicap.

cisco claims 1mpps for the NPE-G1. dont know what conditions though.
