Both. WAN routing will basically be a leased line to our ISP.

I see. How about the 2600/3600/3700 NM-1GE?

you can plug it in and dream about 1G, but the reality will be less then
100Mbs.

Not much, anywhere from 128Kbps to 512Kbps over a few months of operation -
that is not really critical. What is most important to us is LAN capacity,
it's performance, reliability and security. Thanks.

If the Lan capacity is most important do yourself a favor and save on the
router and get a layer 3 switch.
