[nsp] Ethernet/G.703 converter & Cisco G.703 interface

Hi
if the convertor uses PPP half bridge,
you should be able to configure it with:

interface Serial0:0
 ip address <IP address from the ethernet range>
 encalpsulation ppp
 ppp bridge ip

I know of no other way how to encapsulate ethernet in serial protocol
there might be some jumpers on the convertor to change the CRC,
clocking etc.
