As mentioned, maybe -- depends entirely on packet size.

Depending on the number of interfaces you need, consider a Cat 3550.
If you don't need modularity, have a small (<8k) routing table, don't
plan on doing anything more than those static ACL's (i.e. no ip
inspect), then it'll do far more than 100mbit/s at any packet size for
alot less money (even comparing new vs. used).
