You open up your outgoing filter to your upstream to include your 
customers AS number and/or prefix depending on what kind of outgoing 
filter you have on your bgp sessions to your upstream.

You probably also need to tell your upstreams you're going to be
transiting your customer so your upstreams can change their filters. 
Include AS number and prefix of your customer.
