[c-nsp] gigabit to fast ethernet

the fiber is fiber, the ports are either 100mb or 1gb

the media convertor you are after is.. well, a switch. not sure of the smallest 
switch on the market with both fe and ge ports. you could ebay for the cheapest 
one?
