[c-nsp] Source for pre-made AMP Champ -> RJ-45/48 breakout panels for Cisco ONS 15454

Does anyone have a good source for an AMP Champ (64 pin) -> RJ-45/48 
breakout panels to terminate the AMP Champ EIA from a 15454 to 14 or 28 
RJ-45/48 style connectors for DS-1 circuits.  We can make them if 
necessary, but I would rather just buy them pre-made.  I know Adtran has 
some, but I don't know if the pin-outs are compatible.
