Which Supervisor modules do you have? You need "ip route-cache flow" on 
the interfaces you wish to monitor. NetFlow should be handled in 
hardware but the design is different between supervisor versions. Also, 
the flow records you receive will be missing many fields. Newer IOS 
versions will fill in some of the missing fields in software. Flows 
punted to CPU are exported separately as well.
