Yep, "foobar" changed to "fo'ocn". It looks like they CSCed88768 is
the culprit... People were bitten by this one when upgrading to
12.2(18)S*... and now again when upgrading to later versions.

I wonder why there was no field notice about CSCed88768 (and a warning
that people WILL get bitten by it again), nor any mentioning in the
12.2S release notes. :-(
