We pick up ata flash disks of varying sizes from ebay for
practically nothing. I have 4 256mb on my desk we got for
$40 each.
Ebay search -- ata flash
I saw a couple of tiny little 1 Gig Type 3 PCMCIA Ata hard
drives go by a while ago for around $100. Cute little
things. ;)
