I was wrong, there was some messages like:
Aug 27 01:48:24.662: %TAGCON-3-LCLTAG_ALLOC: Cannot allocate local tag
In spite of %LSD-4-LABEL_RESOURCE it is documented, and Cisco recommends
increasing ammount of labels using 'mpls label range min max' command.
