[c-nsp] Wierd HSRP Problem

Hi Ringwyrm,

I have several VTP gig trunks between the switches and all other HSRPs
work when I disconnect a gig interface to them. FOr some reason, its
only this particular HSRP config that does not appear to work.

When I shut the vlan interface on the active router, everything works
exactly as it should - the standby takes over and works until I bring
the interface back up - this tells me that they are talking with no
problems. In addition, when the link is connected (see output below)
they know about one another as well.

Primary

Vlan20 - Group 14
Local state is Active, priority 110, may preempt
Hellotime 3 sec, holdtime 10 sec
  Next hello sent in 2.038
Virtual IP address is 207.118.13.1 configured
  Active router is local
Standby router is 207.118.13.30 expires in 8.844
  Virtual mac address is 0000.0c07.ac0e
  Authentication text "BIG"
15 state changes, last state change 00:28:14
IP redundancy name is "BIG" (cfgd)

Backup

Vlan21 - Group 14
Local state is Standby, priority 109
Hellotime 3 sec, holdtime 10 sec
  Next hello sent in 2.472
Virtual IP address is 207.118.13.1 configured
Active router is 207.118.13.29, priority 110 expires in 10.000
  Standby router is local
  Authentication text "BIG"
25 state changes, last state change 00:27:25
IP redundancy name is "BIG" (cfgd)
