Hiya,

I've a question about implementing CoS on GSR12012 using the 3 Port GE
linecards (engine 2), that I'm wondering if anybody has some insight over.

I'd like to use the newer MQC (service-policy) to deal with this, rather
than the older "tx-cos/rx-cos" format.

The main problem is that we'll be using MPLS EXP bits purely for
classification, there are no plain IP packets floating around that we
are bothered about.

According to the docs on MQC for GSR
(http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/63/mqc.html)
matching of MPLS EXP is not possible on E2 linecards,

1. does anybody have any ideas as to how I can do this on this linecard?
2. does it need to be done in software?
3. does anybody have an example for an E2 GE linecard
(preferably something with WRED!)

thanks in advance,
