12.2YB collapsed into the 6th release of 12.2T which went on to be the 12.3
mainline.   When I used the dynamic config tool to do a configuration of a
1721 with a WIC-1AM and a WIC-2AM, it defaulted to ordering 12.3(6) as the
software version.  Certain software feature sets did not seem to have
support for those WICs however when I changed from the default of IP Base.
For example, IP/ADSL PLUS IPSEC 3DES, seemed to only be supported with
those WICs in 12.2(15)T which does seem a bit counterintuitive to me.
