[c-nsp] Advertising private network in iBGP

what does sh ip bgp 172.22.0.0 show you - is it in the bgp table, does it show 
it as advertised or not?

if you've changed prefix lists/route-maps try removing the network statement for 
two minutes then readding it so that it gets readvertised
