[c-nsp] Cisco 12008 - Fail LED on CSC8

Folks,

we were recently upgrading the IOS on a 12008 from
12.0(25)S3 to 12.0(30)S. From this time, the CSC Fail
LED on the CSC8 goes on every 60 seconds, stays on
for ~5 seconds and goes off again. No alarms viewable
through the CLI, logging or whatever. Only the LED.
It does not look like operations are affected. Downgrading
to 12.0(25)S3 causes the problem to disappear. I guess
this is some software related thing. Maybe a bug?

Any idea?
