[c-nsp] Joining several STM1's to a GigE using ONS 15305

Not sure on the 15305 but on the 15454 you can do this.
Look for VCAT and LCAS support You should be able to bind the
two VC4's in the STM-1 to a single channel that you can run GFP
over and then the gige should be able to work over those.
