[nsp] Graphing/Collecting DSL Bandwidth Utilization

Is there an easy way to collect utilization information for DSL customers
coming in as PPPoE over vpdn sessions?
The sessions are established as virutal interfaces that are never static.
Graphing the interfaces is pointless since they change randomly and can't
easily be associated with a specific user.
Pulling the data out of RADIUS also seems to be relatively pointless since
you only get start/stop octets if the user actually disconnects regularly,
sometimes not happening for over a month.
Is there a reliable way to pull this off and possibly get five minute
utilization snap shots?
