	You can see this (depending on the switch used) in the
'debug frame-relay lmi' command output.

	You should see it dump a list of all the dlci (pvc) numbers
as well as the CIR of each periodically.  I've seen this with success with
the GTE (now verizon) frame-relay srevices.
