[nsp] Recovering 3620 Router urgent help needed

Dear all

i have a client router 3620 which i have to recover .router able to boot
after error messages
but there is no ethernet and serial interface present on router anymore

the error are as follows :

then router comes up with no ethernet and serial internfaces nor their
commands present


Is updating Flash or boot stramp will help using xmodem because there is no
ethernet working

What steps should be taken ?
