[nsp] Is 128MB enough for a full BGP table on a 7206VXR?

Interestingly enough, I have a 3640 with 128M and 2 full feeds and it has
plenty of free DRAM (~ 18M). However, I have a 7500 with 2 full feeds and
256M and it only has about 80M free.
