[nsp] Really strange NAT Problem

At this point, with the help of Felix Izquierdo and some other suggestions
we've now gotten tunnel traffic to forward through the nat from the outside.
I've got a confrence call at 10AM PST with the two other parties involved to
get some new debugging information and see what's not working now.

I thank all of you for all your help and suggestions, some of this I never
would have figured out on my own! :)
