[nsp] kentrox hdlc

The newer Cisco DS3 cards with integrated DSU has the possibility to
interact directly with kentrox/larscom etc devices. Finding out what Cisco
HDLC and standard HDLC have in difference is easy, but finding a
specification on "kentrox hdlc" is quite hard. Anyone here have that
information?

What I want to do is basically connect a cisco router with HSSI card to a 
kentrox T3 DSU at one end, and have a Linux box with PCI T3 card at the 
other end. The T3 card drivers already understand standard HDLC and cisco 
HDLC, but not Kentrox HDLC. I would like to modify it to also handle 
kentrox HDLC, but I need more information on Kentrox HDLC to do that...

Any pointers appreciated.
