[nsp] 6500's and MPLS

Actually it does not come with the fan trays. When I ordered a Sup720 
as an upgrade for a 6509, it did not come with one. Our salesperson
also thought it came with the fan tray, because he could not find the
orderable product number for the fan tray. I have not been able to use
the Sup720 yet, he is still trying for find out how to order the trays.
