[nsp] strange problem with AS5300

Dear all 

i have strange problem with Cisco AS5300 IOS 12.3 
Database Oracle 9.2.0
Radius   Radiator 2.18 

My AS5300 is not disconnection users even through their Balance are going in negative .
and i have no prob with others MAX tnt access servers 

i can see from Database and radius that correct Session-Timeout is calculated and Ras is aslo getting the same values

how can i troubleshoot y as5300 is not disconnection users after getting correct valules

and aslo show caller user kdkmew9p detail command doesnot show user disconnet time

Any help will be greatly appreciated
