[nsp] Keepalive - Port error

[NetworkAdmin]

In our case, problem affects to all cpes and besides, there are different
models.
I missed to let you know that we have upgraded the IOS aswell to Version
12.3(1a)B.
Do you know if there are any issue related to this problem and this IOS?
