Yes.  In your dialer list that specifies interesting traffic use a time based acl.  Alternately, if you control the NAS they are dialing into you can use the Time-range radius attribute.


time−range business-hours
absolute start 00:00 01 January 2004
periodic weekdays 8:00 to 17:00

access−list 199 remark Simple time based ACL
access−list 199 permit ip any any only-during-business-hours

Dialer-list 1 protocol ip list 199
