[nsp] Default syslog source-interface

Does anyone happen to know how IOS chooses its source-interface in
sending remote log (syslog) messages if a 'logging source-interface'
is not set? I'm particularly interested in how it is chosen for the
6509 MSFC-x boxes running relatively recent versions of 12.x code if
it differs across platforms.  Does it use the lowest numbered IP or
highest numbered interface configured for example?
