I'd second that. Radiator is the "bees knees" for all things radius. Know
that it supports tac+ it's an even better swiss army knife.

I'd suggest you look at Radiator (http://www.open.com.au/radiator/), a
radius server that also has tac+ support. I've used it for radius and it
is very good - can be configured to do almost anything (with radius/tac+
that is), has excellent documentation and isn't to pricy.
