[nsp] log erro message

Is it possible you ran out of IDBs? 'sh idb' from enable should tell
you. This page has more info:

If it's not that, I'd guess it's a bug of some sort. What version is
it?

I check the configuration of the E1 and its ok. Their are are no
problems with our cusomers that are connected via the E1. I search Cisco
but i couldn't find anything exept telling me to send the output and the
shoe tech to our cisco representative.
Does anyone has any thoughts about the errors above?
