For the 6500/7600 you could also use 4/8/16 port OC3 OSMs, which should
handle DoS attacks *better* than a FlexWAN (a FlexWAN is just a VIP in
disguise).
It should also be possible to handle this well on a 7304 with NSE-100,
where the ACLs are handled in PXF.
