Stop worrying about IPv4 address depletion.  IPv6 is there, and waiting
to be used - the faster IPv4 is used up, all the better.

IDB limits have been raised to amazing numbers in recent IOSes, so that's
usually not a problem either.  (Spanning tree instances might well be,
though).
