I was actually looking for a reference to a CCO doc that said basically 
"we're never going to roll out SSH2, use telnet over ipsec instead". 
Obviously they have, and I can't find that doc so there must have been a 
policy change.

Interesting to note that SCP is supported? Not sure what the 
implications are yet but hopefully we can use it to copy configs instead 
of tftp :)
