[nsp] Fed up with MD5 error messages

Ever since the big push to MD5 on BGP sessions, our router logs get filled up
with errors like the following:

Jul 18 08:34:32.172 BST: %TCP-6-BADAUTH: No MD5 digest from 195.66.224.xxx(41054) to 195.66.224.xxx(179)

Okay, we could tidy up our BGP sessions a bit, but this happens while we're
bringing up new sessions, or if the peer does something on their router.

Is there any way to filter out these errors?
