[nsp] subject line change?

	since there are a number of *-nsp lists on puck now,
i'm considering changing the subject line to c-nsp

	this may cause problems for those of you using procmail
or other methods to sort your mail.

	I strongly suggest you change your rules to use the following
header instead:

List-Id: "list for people using cisco in a NSP \(Network service provider\)
        environment" <cisco-nsp.puck.nether.net>

	possible example, i suggest you check it yourself ;-)

cisco-nsp-folder-path

	i'll make the change sometime later this week unless there
are major objections.
