Hi Paul,
I think your downstream(AS14456) is propogating ur prefixes to his
other Upstream HYDROONETELECOM(AS19752)making itself transit for
those prefixes.
Anyways at LINX its showing u as the transit for this AS for some prefixes.
It wont show Globally via AS577 if you advt their prefixes with prepends.
