[c-nsp] Loss of Telnet Capability to 6509

Make sure you don't have too many active sessions already opened to
the box.  I had a bad experience once where an exec-timeout was set
to 0 and there were already 5 logins, just idling.

Of course this could be a 6509 bug too.. but I just threw the idea
out there for you to check.
