This is a little hard to read however I would be interested in seeing:
debug ip ospf hello
debug ip os event
How's the tx/rx load on the interface?
No errors seen on either interface (l2 errrors crc, input/output drops, high
broadcast)
Could you send a sh ip os int from both sides?
