[nsp] Receving Syslog Messages via SMS

I know that it should not be a big deal but simply i want to do it with the
steps below:

1) Get the syslogs using Kiwi or another application
2) Log them in a cleartext with timestamps
3) Parse the file in every five minutes
4) Get the new lines in the file and send the mobile phone attached to Com port
 (with an exe or a perl script)
5) Deamoize the script or executable with firedeamon or something.

Is there any ready and applicable simple script or software doing it?
