[nsp] 7206vxr/npe-300 reboot

I just had a 7206vxr/npe-300 reboot, and it came up with this:

  System returned to ROM by error - an Error Interrupt, PC 0x60555AE4 

Minutes later, it rebooted a second time and came up with this:

  System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x60538230, address 0x20000014

I was running 12.0(25)S1.  The first reboot came back up with
12.0(25)S1, but the second reboot came up with my backup image: 12.0(25)S.

While I do have oob console access to the router, I don't have a
history, so can't see why it crapped out on the second reboot
of the S1 image.

Am I running the wrong IOS (12.0(25)S1)?   That is, did I miss
an important cisco announcement?
