NPE-G1 is a bit icky, as you have to choose between 12.1E and 12.2S.

On other 7200s, I'd recommend 12.0(21)S7, but that's not available for the
NPE-G1.  We have been running 12.2(14)S3 with good success (nothing more
than cosmetic problems) on ours, but, as usual, YMMV.

I have no recommendations for the GSR (not enough experience).
