No, but you can use the WIC-1T (or -2T) just as you can in the US - in
both places you need an external CSU/DSU.
You can also use the VWIC-1MFT-E1 (and variants thereof), which have a
builtin CSU/DSU. Don't remember if these are supported on 2610, though.
