[nsp] 7600 sup2msfc2 - 12.2(17d)SXB

	I've been running pre-release versions of this software for
some time to get IPv6 support on the 6500 (sup2, mfsc2).

	I've had no major problems as a result of it.

	I am seeing a bit of ISIS inconsistency (in my lab only)
between the 12.2SXB branch and the 12.2S code, but nothing that
is causing any problems.
