[nsp] setting mls rp ip address?

damn i hate to answer my own question, but funny how you spend ages looking for 
somethign and the minute you ask for advice you find it

mls rp nde-address x.x.x.x 

was the command i was after, not sure why setting the mls ip is done by the nde 
address tho, i guess thats why it was hard to find
