[nsp] PA-A3-T3 input errors

I'm having a problem with input errors on a PA-A3-T3 on a 7200 with an 
NPE-200.  It is connected to a Cisco 6400 NLC-DS3 with no transport in 
between - just co-ax.

Both units are set to short LBO.

I'm getting input and crc errors counting up slowly.

Any suggestions?  Anything I should look for?
