[nsp] 6509 Help - Please! :)

Actually.. It looks like it is up on the switch itself...

sc0: flags=63<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING>
        vlan 2 inet xxx.xxx.100.14 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast
xxx.xxx.100.255

But on the msfc I get:

nrtc-6509#sh interfaces vlan 2
Vlan2 is down, line protocol is down

So it looks like it's a communication problem between the msfc and sup ?

I have seen a few sample configs now and they include a section like this:

router eigrp 100
 network 10.0.0.0

(example only)... Is this needed or is this a feature for something other
than basic vlan's etc?

Thanks again,

Paul

And that is not happening... Did you see anything wrong with the config? I
realize it's asking yourself and others for quite a bit of "reading" but
we're kinda stuck at this point and don't know where to turn for assistance
other than this list...:)

Thanks again,

Paul

If sc0 is active in a given VLAN, autostate should bring the vlan interface
up, even w/no other ports are connected in that vlan.
